Garlic grilled bread with hot & spicy mackerel

  • 1 can mackerel in hot & spicy sauce
  • 6 small pieces of bread (alternatively use a baguette)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Citrus fruits
  • Green chili pepper
  • Thyme
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic

This is how you do it

Put olive oil on the bread and grill until they are nice and crispy.
Peel the garlic, rub the garlic on the crispy bread and sprinkle with salt.
Top with large pieces of mackerel fillet and two quarters of cherry tomatoes.
Garnish with sliced green chili pepper and a little thyme.
For extra sauce, add some of the hot & spicy sauce as the last thing.

Serve with citrus fruits.
