At Saeby Fish Canners Ltd., we have developed our own mackerel brands: SÆBY and NORD.
Both brands draw on many years of experience in canned mackerel and our ambition to create great-tasting products with simple ingredients and consistently high quality.
We work with selected species, including Scomber scombrus, Trachurus murphyi, Scomber colias and Scomber japonicus. Each contributes with its own flavour, texture and character to the finished product.
